Finance and Adminstration
This week we covered the careers that were in the Finance and Adminstration careers. The two careers that I choose were an Insurance Policy Processing Clerk and a Loan Counselor. These two careers are similar in a variety of ways. One way that these two careers are similar because their intrests are Conventional and Enterprising. Another way that these careers are similar is because their wages are in the $30,000 dollar range. Lastly, these two careers are similar because their knowledge skills and abilities are very close. For example, they both have customer and personal, English language, and adminstration and admangement. These two careers are also different in several ways. One way is that their projected growth is different. One has 20-28% and the other one was 3-9%. Another way that these two careers are similar is that the loans councelor had to have a bachelor's degree, while the insurance policy processing clerk is only required to have some college. Lastly, the way these careers are different is their job descriptions and what they do. My reflection on this career, is that it would be fun, however I don't like math, so I probably wouldn't like this.

Government and Public Adminstration
The two careers that I choose for my Government and Public Adminstration careers are Finicial Examiners and an Assessor. These two careers are similiar because both of the careers deal with money. For example, the finicial examiners enforce laws and regulations that have to do with financial and real state transactions. This is similar to an Assessor because they try to give an estimated value on property, as well as assess the taxes for said object. These two careers are also similar because they both use a lot of the same tools and technology such as: desktop computers, finicial analysis software, and data base user interface software. These two careers are different because of the national wages. The Assessors wages are: $49,540, while the Finicial Examiner is $75,800. Another difference is that a Finicial's Examiners projected growth is 20-28% while the Assessor's projected growth is on 10-18%. This is acually a very ironic career because this a Government job and this is the time of year in the U.S. is election time. While not nessassarily everywhere in the U.S., there still are elections still going on across the nations.

This Week in Review
This blog's topic is about what we did this week. In other words, this week in review. Starting off at the beginning, we did two facts sheets in the cluster of Education and Training. The next day our teacher required us to relate the two careers that we choose together. For example, my two careers were a Library Science Teachers, and a Historians. I related them by comparing their knowledge skills and abilities. On Wednesday we discussed the Ag career cluster and did two careers from that cluster. On Thursday, we had a visitor named Mr. Heckendorn who did a discussion with the entire class on we can use our True Colors to do jobs we don't like. We had about six questions that would help us get out of our comfort zones and learn how to do use our True Colors to get through life. In other words, having good life experience.
